Sons and Daughters of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team

To become a Regular Member of the Sons and Daughters of the 442^nd Regimental Combat Team,
you need to be a direct descendant of a WWII 442^nd Regimental Combat Team veteran.  If you are
not a direct descendant, you may still become an Associate Member.

As an S&D member you will receive the quarterly 442^nd Veterans Club "Go For Broke Bulletin, " 
you will also receive the Sons and Daughters Newsletter.

Please download and print this membership application form.  Complete the information
requested and mail it with payment to:
